No text retention

Neither the document you submit nor the rewritten output is written to any database table, log line or cache. Our metadata tables can only hold timestamps, detected document type, word counts and status.

Identifier placeholders

Direct identifiers such as patient names, record numbers, contact details and exact dates of birth are replaced with neutral placeholders in the output. Always review the result before it re-enters a chart.

Account isolation

Each account can read and modify only its own practice profile and its own usage metadata, enforced at the database level.

Your responsibilities

You decide what text to paste. If your organisation's policies restrict sending patient information to third-party software, follow those policies and de-identify before submitting.
